Position Summary:
As a Senior IT Engineer I, you will provide ongoing support in one of the following areas: Infrastructure, Security, Network, or Applications platforms, including but not limited to data analysis, user and role administration, report development and deployment activities. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement best practices in processes and procedures in order to ensure that our reporting platforms provide excellent customer service and data quality. You will interact with internal IT teams as well as various business partners across the organization, providing excellent client service to assist individual business groups achieve their strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
Support end to end security implementation: user and role administration, cutover prep, and hyper care activities. Develops short and long-term operational and tactical strategies for users and data, accesses and provides end user support for BI applications.
Execute deployments and migrations. Apply best practices to ensure ongoing reliability and performance. Manages and maintains systems to ensure stable operations.
Support mission critical data platforms, applications and solutions by providing analysis, troubleshooting, investigating, and implementing solutions. Work closely with commercial team and business relation managers to gather requirements and technical specifications. Create and maintain comprehensive documentations to ease day to day support activities.
Provides support in the areas of customer relationship management, vendor interaction, and general application performance. Delegates tasks across the team, monitors work streams, organizes and tracks activities to maintain high levels of customer satisfactions.
Participates in on-call rotation and projects that are conducted between 6pm and 8am weekdays, and Saturdays and Sundays, including holidays.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies. Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends.
Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in in Information Technology/Security, Computer (Information) Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline
Minimum 3 years’ experience in related discipline (BI Security, software security engineer or application security engineer role)
Prior experience implementing and supporting data and analytics platforms
Prior experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards and analytic solutions
Proficiency in SQL query to analyze and troubleshoot reporting issues
Must be attentive to detail, and able to comprehend, analyze and document user requirements
Willing to work and learn various new technologies
Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
Preferred Job Qualifications:
One or more industry standard security certifications such as: OWSE, OSCP, CEH, GIAC/GWEB, GSSP, CEH, SSCP, CISSP, etc
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone

Salary and Benefit Statement: Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience. - Salary Range: $79,000-$99,000 - This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits, and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
