    About The Role:

    We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Director of Marketing Analytics to lead our analytics function and drive insights that power our B2B marketing and sales strategies, and customer experience. This role will be instrumental in crafting how we measure performance, optimize campaigns, and understand our customers.

     

    In this role on CBRE’s Global Digital Marketing team, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of marketing analytics across all digital channels. You will supervise a high-performing analytics team that delivers insights to guide marketing strategy and measure business impact. This role requires both critical thinking and hands-on analytics expertise, with a deep understanding of how data drives performance across the full marketing funnel.

     

    You will collaborate closely with global and regional marketing leaders, product owners, data engineers, and technology teams to build scalable measurement frameworks and create a culture of data-driven decision making.

    What You'll Do:

    + Define and lead the development and execution of global marketing analytics strategy, aligning with CBRE’s business priorities and digital marketing objectives.

    + Lead and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and data specialists, ensuring high-quality output, professional growth, and collaboration across functions.

    + Develop sophisticated frameworks for marketing attribution, customer journey analysis, and value modeling across paid, owned, and earned media.

    + Partner with marketing and digital leadership to evaluate campaign performance, optimize channel mix, and improve conversion rates.

    + Advance Business Intelligence by promoting innovation, embracing continuous improvement, collecting feedback and running change across teams

    + Guide the implementation and governance of analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, PowerBI)

    + Establish consistent important metric definitions and standardized reporting across geographies and campaigns.

    + Drive conversion rate optimization and experimentation through A/B testing and multivariate testing frameworks

    + Communicate insights and strategic recommendations to senior executives and collaborators through compelling storytelling and data visualization.

    + Collaborate with Marketing Technology, CRM, and Data Engineering teams to ensure data quality, accessibility, reliability, governance and compliance with privacy standards.

    + Stay ahead of industry trends in digital measurement, data privacy, AI-driven analytics, and marketing technologies.

    + Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or a related field (Master’s degree a plus)

    + 8–10+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, performance measurement, or data strategy

    + Proven leadership experience, including building and leading high-performing analytics teams in a matrixed or global organization

    + Deep expertise in marketing analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and SQL-based analysis

    + Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, lead generation strategies, multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, testing frameworks, and customer segmentation

    + Proven record of translating sophisticated data into actionable business recommendations for C-level and senior partners

    + Experience working across global teams, with knowledge of regional differences in data privacy, marketing execution, and performance benchmarking

    + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on clarity, influence, and storytelling

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Director of Global Digital Marketing Analytics position is $165,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Director of Global Digital Marketing Analytics position is $175,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
