ABOUT THIS POSITION
We’re looking for an experienced and seasoned Commercial Operations Senior Analyst to partner with Commercial Operations leadership and assist in leading a team to identify insights and trends in sales data that maximizes business performance and helps healthcare providers be financially sustainable. This leadership position is ideal for someone who enjoys developing team members, digging into and analyzing data, creating analyses that inform business decisions, and supporting strategic initiatives to drive the organization’s aggressive growth strategy.
From day one, you’ll be responsible for partnering with functional leaders and leading others in reviewing and analyzing data from key programs, building insight narratives, and will be influential in driving improvements in sales process, product and channel development, marketing, growth enablement and other areas of the business.
The ideal candidate will have a leadership background, led teams in areas of cross-functional management/project leadership, has a relevant degree in business, analytics or data science, is able to identify and articulate data trends and works well with others.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Partner with functional leaders and lead others in reviewing and analyzing data from key programs, building insight narratives, and an influencer in driving improvements in sales process, product and channel development, marketing, growth enablement and other areas of the business
• Review and analyze monthly and quarterly reports from quantitative data sources to support sales team efficiency and excellence, provide deep understanding and relevant action items to increase performance
• Perform pipeline analyses and deep dives into sales performance data, such as conversion rates and opportunity metrics, and crosswalk multiple data elements
• Create easily digestible analyses from complex data sources that will inform sales strategy, business and strategic decisions, and help predict future gaps/disruptions
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement by analyzing trends, results, and areas for salesforce data, and other sources
• Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of reports and other intelligence essential to sales operations and the growth organization
• Recommend revisions to existing reports or assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed
• Help develop user-facing and standard operating process documentation for business processes
• Collaborate with leader and other functional areas on building ad-hoc reports and analyzing key elements of data
• Identifies opportunities for automation, validation, and self-service to improve efficiency and data integrity of Workday
• Documents processes via job aides and knowledge-based articles
• Will assist HRIS & People Team during times of peak demand, such as Open Enrollment, Performance Reviews, End Of Year processes, new people product launches, compliance audits, etc.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• You have a bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science or related field
• You have 5+ years of experience working in operations or other data-related fields, and have advanced analytical skills and the ability to distill complex analyses for management
• You have led projects and have demonstrated the ability to train others
• You have a deep understanding in reviewing and analyzing data from key programs, building insight narratives, and driving improvements in sales processes; partnered with functional leaders with results from analyses
• You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working cross-functionally, want to leave a stamp on the organization, and are the type of person who gets things done
• You have a working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools, preferably Salesforce
• You have demonstrated proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, complex modeling, and automation of repetitive tasks through the use of VBA, Macros, and Power Query
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
• You are detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models and technologies
• You are highly organized with the ability to prioritize and execute many concurrent tasks
BONUS POINTS
• You have a Master’s degree in analytics, data science, or a related field
• You are familiar with advanced analytics tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Business Objects, etc.
• You have experience in a healthcare or tech / software organization
