What You’ll Do

+ Deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a Family Medicine outpatient setting

+ Assist with patient intake, vital signs, documentation, and clinical procedures

+ Support patient assessments and treatment plans

+ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care

What You’ll Need

+ Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program

+ Current New York State LPN license (or eligibility)

+ BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
