Position Responsibilities:
Own and manage the overall engagement and workstream tracking with key stakeholders across AWS. Develop, track, and report program performance benchmarks. Evangelize and influence teams to adopt recommend program initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor to teams across AWS. Work with cross functional teams to improve processes and automate manual tasks. Work with product and engineering stakeholders to prioritize features critical for the success of various programs.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1.) program or project management; (2.) using data and metrics to drive improvements; (3.) leading and owning cross-functional programs; and (4.) experience developing program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week.
