(PHF) Location: Emmitsburg, Maryland Position: Assistant Controller Status: Full Time with benefits. $33.75- $38.50 based on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00 PM PHF a non-profit organization, is seeking a full-time Assistant Controller with strong accounting knowledge and experience. PHF is an established regional behavioral health provider focused on clinical excellence, innovation, and scholarship. We offer a full continuum for the treatment of addictions and co-occun-ing disorders with a special focus on opioid use disorders. PHF is accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC). Under the supervision of the Comptroller, responsibilities include: *Experience with payroll (ADP) *Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills *Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks *Ability to work independently and with staff Qualifications: *BA degree in accounting with 4 yrs. Experience *Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Sage) *Proficient with General Ledger and account reconciliation Pre-Employment Human Resources Requirements: *Criminal Background Check *Drug Testing
