Description

We are looking for a skilled real estate Paralegal to join an inhouse corporate legal team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will be conducting research, preparing legal documents, and overseeing various real estate and administrative tasks. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company’s legal operations and strategic real estate initiatives.

• Conduct legal research and investigate facts to support case preparation and decision-making.

• Draft, review, and manage lease agreements, amendments, and correspondence with landlords and tenants.

• Organize and maintain records for property agreements, surveys, and site plans.

• Coordinate real estate closings and oversee contract due diligence processes.

• Track and monitor real estate interests, inquiries, sales, and sublease activities.

• Collaborate with departments such as Accounting, Facilities, and Operations to gather property-related data.

• Manage the Legal department’s calendar, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks.

• Prepare correspondence, arrange conference calls, and process invoices and expense reports.

• Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to rent, utilities, and legal expenses.

• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company, client, and employee information.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a corporate paralegal.

• Proven expertise in commercial real estate, leasing, or convenience/retail industries.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with corporate law requirements and the real estate lifecycle is advantageous.
