The Budget and Finance Specialist II has various responsibilities for activities related to accounting, business operations, financial management, and customer service. This role requires a strong emphasis on compliance, efficiency, continuous improvement, and collaboration within these responsibilities. Key responsibilities: -Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.-Oversee expenditures and monitor financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.-Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and standards. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.-Collaborate with various service areas to improve business operations and efficiency.-Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff. Implement and maintain effective business processes and procedures.
