What We’re Looking For:

+ Minimum 2 years of professional automotive technician experience

+ Toyota or other OEM certification preferred, but not required

+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

+ Strong diagnostic and repair skills

+ Team player with a commitment to quality and efficiency

+ Virginia State Inspection License a plus

Your Day-to-Day:

+ Perform a variety of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks

+ Accurately document repairs using dealer and manufacturer standards

+ Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
