Team Carney, a dynamic performance and professional development provider, is seeking an Operational Analysis Support individual to support a government contract related to Airspace, Ranges and Airfield operations.
This position is onsite in Hampton Virginia.
This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide technical, logistical, and operational support to ACC ranges (e.g. threat emitters) and range Live Operations Training Infrastructure (e.g., scoring systems, integration systems, communication systems, debrief systems).
+ Manage the programming of future facilities, equipment, material, computer/software requirements, and manpower resources to ACC/Range Operations and Requirements Branch
+ Gather data and develop input for activating, augmenting, relocating, employing, using, or deactivating range operational equipment and sites.
+ Assist in the development of Government plans and procedures to execute assigned range operations capabilities.
+ Review, advise, and draft changes to ACC and Range Operating Agency (ROA) policies.
+ Assist in the development of plans, programs, and formal budget reports for future operational requirements.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of range-user policies, procedures, and support agreements with sister services, allied forces, and civil authorities.
+ Assist in the development, tracking, analysis, and response of HQ ACC reports and packages.
Requirements:
+ Active TS/SCI security clearance.
+ Minimum 7 years rated operations experience (11/12, 13B or previous 17XX Air Weapons Controller/Air Battle Manager OR direct experience managing a Live OTI facility.
+ Minimum 2 years Wing level, or higher staff experience.

The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and is based on full-time status. Part-time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represent the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements) and is just one component of Team Carney's total compensation package for employees.
