The salary range for this position is **$22.00 - $25.00 hourly.** This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.

    **Schedule** : Monday-Friday 12p-8p (Overtime based on business need, occasional weekends)

    **Job Type** : Full-time, benefits eligible

    **Pay** : $22-25/hr

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Load, unload, move, and stage products and materials using manual or powered equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)

    + Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy against packing slips, and inspect for damage

    + Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards

    + Maintain accurate inventory records through proper labeling and documentation

    + Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient workspace

    + Follow company safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents immediately

    + Assist with periodic cycle counts and full physical inventories

    + Support other warehouse functions and departments as needed

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    + 2 years of warehouse or material handling experience.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods

    + Basic math, reading, and communication skills

    + Minimum of 2 years propane forklift experience.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
