Summary of Role:

Designs, develops, tests, debugs, and implements software applications in accordance with specifications and business needs.

Essential Responsibilities:

Designs, develops, tests, debugs, and implements software applications in accordance with specifications and business needs. Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Analyzes requirements, tests, and integrates application components. Ensures that application improvements are successfully implemented. Typically works on a defined project and may work in a highly efficient ("Agile") development environment.

+ Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:

+ Education – Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study.

+ Experience - 4 years of experience in the job offered or as an App Developer, Software Engineer, or a related occupation. Requires 4 years of experience in (1) modifying and creating Java web applications to add new features or change existing behavior; (2) modifying and creating HTML frontends, or adding new pages or changing existing behavior; (3) using Spring MVC to modify and create controllers, views, and model objects in the Java backend; (4) front-end development in HTML/Javascript; (5) creating simple SQL queries from scratch; and (6) modifying complex SQL queries.

Expected Salary Range

Salary range: $114,629 – $138,400
