    System One is accepting resumes for a File Clerk to work in the Engineering Clerical Unit of our client’s Coraopolis, PA office.

    Important Details:

    + Temp-to-hire position with possibility of conversion to a permanent position after 6 months

    + Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

    + Weekly pay

    + Benefits after 30 days (health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, etc.)

    + 401k after 30 days

    + Job offer will be contingent on drug screen and background check

    Responsibilities:

    + Filing electronic correspondence on the firm’s internal network

    + Scan letters, drawings, etc. to network and file as such

    + Provide back-up and assistance to other clerical staff as needed

    Requirements:

    + Experience with navigating a computer network required

    + Well-versed with MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

    + Experience with creating and editing PDF documents in Adobe and/or BlueBeam

    + Experience with File Transfer sites such as Google Docs and DropBox a plus

    + Strong verbal/written communication skills

    + Highly organized and detailed-oriented

    + Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks at the same time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    + Ability to work independently or in a team environment

    + Understanding of construction contracts and supporting correspondence is a plus

    + 1+ years’ experience in a professional engineering and preferably technical setting or similar role
