BrightStar of Lake County Indiana is currently seeking 5 Licensed Home Health Aides to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.  Only licensed Home Health Aides need apply. Responsibilities: * Assist clients with activities of daily living for clients ranging from companion care to bed bound including but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, and toileting activities. * Provide assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation, outdoor actives and shopping * Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing Benefits: * Competitive hourly pay ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 * Flexible schedule (morning, afternoon, evening, nights, and overnight shifts available) * Weekly pay with direct deposit * 401K with employer matching * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Employee referral bonus ($200 per referral) Requirements: * Active Home Health Aide certification * At least 1 year professional caregiver experience * CPR Certified * Able to obtain TB skin test or chest x-ray * Able to obtain a physical with no restrictions  * Valid driver's license and auto insurance  * Reliable transportation   * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
