As a Recruiting Assistant, you’ll play a key role in managing candidate logistics and communication, ensuring a seamless experience from first outreach through final interviews. Key Responsibilities:
+ Proactively source and engage qualified candidates using a variety of online tools and databases
+ Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
+ Coordinate interview logistics between candidates, recruiters, and client contacts
+ Manage scheduling with a sharp attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
+ Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system
+ Support recruiters with administrative tasks and communication follow-ups
What We’re Looking For:
+ Professional office experience required
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Clear and professional written and verbal communication
+ Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
+ Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office and/or applicant tracking systems
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Prior experience working in a recruiting firm or in-house talent acquisition team
+ Familiarity with scheduling tools, LinkedIn, Indeed or other candidate sourcing platforms
