    Job Description

    **AECOM** is seeking a Construction Support Engineer for one of our offices in **Sacramento, CA** .

    SUMMARY

    This role will be responsible for the technical coordination between Engineering Services and construction teams, supporting review of quality documentation, as-built records, and asset data. This role ensures compliance with civil engineering standards and provides input on bridge assessments and construction activities in the Central Valley.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Support technical coordination between Engineering Services and construction teams (PCM, DB, ICE/ISE).

    + Review Quality Milestone Data Packs (QMDPs), construction objective evidence, and as-built documentation.

    + Assist with technical verification of asset data in Maximo to ensure accurate representation of constructed elements.

    + Evaluate Bridge Quality Assessment Reports and recommend repairs or improvements.

    + Coordinate and participate in meetings with stakeholders to support active construction activities in the Central Valley.

    + Help develop and implement civil engineering standards and technical requirements.

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    + BA/BS + 6 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    + Railway civil, track and system design and construction experience

    + Proficiency and knowledge of computer software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Visio

    + Knowledge of and ability to apply engineering judgment in areas of design and construction engineering on transportation projects

    + Organized and thorough

    + Degree in engineering, construction management, or other closely related curriculum

    + Travel may be required for this role

    Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $110,004.00 - $203,508.00.
