    Job Summary

    States Manufacturing’s seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and driving relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction. As an Account Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client projects are executed efficiently and effectively. You will analyze account performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize client engagement.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    + Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as their key contact for all account-related inquiries.

    + Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.

    + Identify client needs and formulate tailored solutions to meet those needs effectively.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery of products and services.

    + Assist Inside Sales team with the development of customer proposals and quotations

    + Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

    + Prepare and present account reports, including insights and recommendations for clients.

    + Conduct regular check-ins and review meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment with goals.

    Required Skills and Experience

    + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.

    + Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in the electrical power distribution manufacturing industry with a track record of success.

    + Self-motivated and results driven with the ability to work independently.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

    + Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

    + Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools.

    Additional Skills and Experience

    + Knowledge of Electrical Power Distribution Equipment preferred.

    + Solid written and verbal communication skills

    + Strong organizational, supervisory, and interpersonal skills

    + Able to work independently with minimal supervision and supervise others’ work.
