PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Digital IT Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead category management and strategic sourcing within our client’s evolving global supply chain. In this high-visibility role, you will oversee a $200M portfolio across IT and digital services—enabling long-term business success through efficiency, innovation, and supplier performance.

About the Role and Its Impact:

As a key leader in the supply chain organization, you will shape and execute sourcing strategies for IT and digital services including software, hardware, telecom, cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Your decisions will directly influence operational efficiency, risk management, and digital enablement across a Fortune 500 enterprise.

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Lead sourcing strategy and execution for IT and digital spend categories—software, hardware, cloud, SaaS, and telecom services

+ Analyze spend, drive negotiations, and develop strategic supplier partnerships to maximize value

+ Manage the full sourcing lifecycle: RFP, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier onboarding

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Legal, Finance, and executive stakeholders to align sourcing with business goals

+ Evaluate supplier capabilities to ensure consistent delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness

+ Lead regular supplier reviews and performance management processes

+ Develop and maintain multi-year sourcing roadmaps and cost-savings initiatives

+ Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and best-in-class sourcing practices

+ Act as a strategic advisor for digital procurement, ensuring alignment with enterprise transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications:

+ Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in global supply chain management or business **OR**

+ Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in global supply chain management or business

Preferred Qualifications:

+ MBA or other advanced degree

+ 5+ years leading cross-functional teams across global supply chain or procurement operations

+ Strong negotiation skills with IT and digital suppliers (SaaS, hardware, telecom, cloud)

+ Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems and make sound strategic decisions

+ Ability to influence across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership

+ Strong business acumen, communication skills, and operational discipline

**Pay Details:** $86.54 per hour
