• Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm

• Contract position lasting 6 months

What’s a typical day as an Order Delivery Planner? You’ll be:

• Responsible for creating efficient truck delivery routes for customer and interplant orders

• Grouping individual sales and transfer orders from the Order Processing System into optimal truck delivery routes using software

• Dealing with daily and weekly volume peaks based on sales levels

• Completing all routing daily regardless of volume fluctuations

• Being available to work past normal business hours as work volume dictates

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have the ability to accurately enter data

• Are proficient with personal computers and mainframe systems

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work

• Have problem-solving and analytical skills

• Can initiate appropriate action independently

• Have an exemplary attendance record

• Understand the importance of teamwork

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management
