Job Description

Supervises and develops multi-platform converged enterprise engineering solutions targeted to meet existing, enhanced, and new platform solutions for business and infrastructure services. Leads, directs, or recommends cross-functional team targeted for system enhancements for system performance, reliability, scalability, and capacity. Evaluates product and service solutions.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

- At least 7 years of experience within a total information technology (IT) environment

- At least 7 years of experience with the design, development and support of technology infrastructure

Preferred Skills/Experience

+ Experience with **event pipelining.**

+ Strong experience and knowledge of **Linux, and multiple cloud platforms**

+ Experience with monitoring tools ( **APM, infrastructure monitoring, network management systems** )

+ Experience with script development for **automation of systems and network administration**

+ Experience with design and implementation of high availability/fault tolerant instances of event management systems and the critical apps they support.

+ **Expert-level knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript etc.) and Python.**

+ **Strong Integration experience focused on REST, SOAP, JSON, CLI and SQL.**

+ **Strong ITSM/ITOM domain knowledge.**

+ **Experience with SAML integrations**

+ **Experience with cloud-based storage and database concepts.**

+ Experience in Alert management via multiple intake types (Webhooks, API, email)

_The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days._

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00 - $154,990.00
