The Transformation Manager will support the full lifecycle of value-creation initiatives, from chartering through execution and impact assessment. This role will be critical for enhancing our business processes, technology, and culture to ensure we remain competitive and innovative. This leader will develop and implement transformational activities that align with the company's vision and strategy.

Responsibilities:

+ Develop and lead the company's transformation strategy to enhance overall efficiency

+ Collaborate with leaders across multiple functions to align on transformation initiatives

+ Scope and manage tangible, impactful initiatives tied to measurable outcomes

+ Partner with stakeholders to charter initiatives into specific steps with clear timelines and responsibilities

+ Prioritize and track overall transformation progress, value unlocked, and ‘help-needed’ items in standard templates to create leadership visibility

+ Identify and share methodologies, approaches, and lessons learned to enhance future initiatives

+ Support execution of critical, sensitive, and ad-hoc initiatives

Qualification:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields; Master's degree preferred

+ 5+ years of experience in transformation, change, or project management roles, ideally in industrial manufacturing settings; 3+ year in consulting preferred

+ Proven track record of leading and managing transformation in a complex organization

+ Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools

+ Strong financial acumen and track record of taking initiative

+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various stakeholders
