    Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Manager - Financial Systems (Change Management) to join their team. As a Manager, you will be part of the Systems Change Office supporting the Financial Reporting Quality Assurance Organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Manager - Financial Systems (Change Management)

    **Location:** New York, New York

    **Hybrid:** 3x wk on site

    **Pay Range:** $75-$77/hr W2 (We can not work c2c/c2h/3rd parties)

    **Type** : Contract, possible cth

    **Duration:** 6-12 Months

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Drive compliance of the Change Management Framework for regulatory reporting automation.

    + Transition from current Change Management processes to elevated processes by understanding existing workflows.

    + Conduct thorough impact analysis and identify relevant stakeholders for effective change management.

    + Collaborate with users to understand pain points and provide timely resolutions.

    + Coordinate with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts to ensure accurate execution of changes.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Degree in Finance/Accounting and/or Information Technologies (master's preferred).

    + 7+ years of work experience in Project Management/Change Management.

    + Experience in Agile delivery or other project management methodologies.

    + Excellent relationship building, presentation, and collaboration skills.

    + Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple assignments and projects concurrently.
