About the Role:

As a CBRE Multi-skilled Technician, you will perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on a mechanical, electrical, and other building system.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and perform repairs with a focus on **electrical systems and HVAC equipment** .

Assist with the **installation, modification, and troubleshooting of building systems** , particularly those involving electrical and HVAC components.

Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials needed, and manage task completion using available systems.

Support energy management initiatives by ensuring **HVAC and electrical systems** operate efficiently and effectively.

Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety laws, especially in **electrical and mechanical systems** . Report violations to Management.

Apply established procedures to solve routine problems, with limited discretion.

Perform clearly defined duties and tasks under close supervision and guidance.

What You’ll Need:

+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with **1–2 years of experience in electrical and HVAC systems** . A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a diploma.

+ Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift/carry loads of 50 lbs. or more.

+ Ability to follow standard work routines and procedures.

+ Basic interpersonal skills to exchange straightforward information.

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

+ Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive approach.

+ **Preferred: Certifications or training in HVAC systems, electrical maintenance, or related technical fields.**
