• Full Stack Developer

    FocusKPI Inc. (San Francisco, CA)


    FocusKPI is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company.

     

    As a Senior Fullstack Developer with a backend focus, you'll contribute to a high-impact business platform. Working within a collaborative team, you'll implement backend services, integrate systems, and build full-stack features using modern technologies. You'll work extensively with engineering teams across the organization, taking initiative to solve complex problems with available resources. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technology, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, and enables meaningful contributions to a widely used enterprise platform.

     

    Work Location: Remote - anywhere in the US

     

    Duration: 12-month contract

     

    Pay Range: $65/hr to $74/hr

    Responsibilities:

    + Implement backend services and system integrations

    + Build full-stack features using React and Python

    + Collaborate across engineering teams to leverage existing services

    + Take initiative on creative problem-solving approaches

    + Maintain code quality and system performance

    Qualifications:

    + 4+ years full-stack experience with a backend focus

    + Proficient in Python, React, TypeScript, and gRPC

    + Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills

    + Experience with build systems and static type checking

    + Driven problem solver who works well independently and with strong initiative

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with enterprise software or business application development

    + Background in performance optimization and scalability challenges

    + Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools

    + Experience with Bazel build system and Python type checking with Mypy

    + Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization
