    Analyst II

     

    This position requires an individual adept at analyzing technical and business requirements to analyze, design, and support robust Java backend solutions. The analyst should have hands-on expertise in Java related software development projects, and deployment processes, with a proven track record in system troubleshooting and performance optimization.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform in-depth technical and business requirement analysis to design efficient backend solutions using Java.

    + Conduct functional testing, manage code promotions, and oversee deployments across multiple environments.

    + Plan deployments, manage release cycles, and ensure post-release system stability and optimization.

    + Coordinate troubleshoot production issues, analyze system behavior, and implement performance improvements for complex systems.

    + Perform end-to-end testing and technical analysis to ensure functional integrity and optimize dispute management systems.

    Additional Experience

    + Experience in REST APIs, Increasing interoperability and cross-system data exchange success rates.

    + Enhance user experience through proper requirements gatherings, and coordinate for development of the client-side portal using React and JavaScript.

    + Automate pre-deployment testing via Docker-containerized Python scripts integrated with Jenkins, reducing production rollbacks.

    + Implement structured technical reviews, reducing bugs and improving code quality through bi-weekly sessions.

    Required Skills

    + Good to have : Languages/Frameworks: Python, Java, JavaScript, React, NodeJS, Spring, Django, SQL

    + Must have : Technical Skills: Agile methodologies, SDLC, MySQL, CI/CD, Jenkins, Spark, Hadoop, Docker, DevOps, GitHub, AWS Cloud Services

    + Expertise: API Design, Microservices Architecture, System Design

    Education

    + Master of Science in Computer Science/ Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

    + Proficiency in designing scalable and optimized backend systems.

    + Experience with Banking / healthcare applications or related industries is a plus.
