+ Once training is complete, you will be responsible for managing our Indianapolis office as a Feldco General Manager

We're seeking a dynamic, results-oriented leader to fill the role of General Manager to spearhead our Indianapolis Sales & Operations Teams. As a key leader, you'll drive our sales team to produce and our operations teams to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner. You will work to accomplish these tasks while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and achieving sustainable growth.

Job Information:
+ Location: 6300 N. River Road, Rosemont, IL 60018 for 8 month training program, Indianapolis, IN afterwards
+ Salary: 75,000 + Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Sales Bonuses ($75,000 to $125,000)

Key Responsibilities:
+ Open and lead our soon to be opened Indianapolis office to maximize sales, profitability, and product quality, while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
+ Thrive in a high-performance environment with aggressive growth goals, driving lead conversion and generating referral business.
+ Manage, train, and develop a high-performing team, addressing performance issues and fostering a culture of excellence.
+ Engage in hands-on business development and lead generation activities to supplement market growth.
+ Recruit and oversee installation subcontractors to ensure quality and timely project completion.
+ Maintain operational efficiency by managing personnel and implementing process improvements.
+ Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of integrity and excellence.
+ Serve as a liaison for both external and internal customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
+ Exceed departmental goals and uphold company standards of excellence.
Qualifications:
+ Highly motivated with a minimum of five years of systematic sales experience.
+ Demonstrated success in sales management, with a minimum of two years of experience.
+ Knowledge of home remodeling or construction preferred, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
+ Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
+ Proven ability to manage projects and follow through with structured action.
