    Job Title: Production Data Entry & Support Specialist

     

    Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible)

     

    Industry: Warehouse / Manufacturing

     

    Type: Full-Time

    Pay: $18-$24/hr, based on experience

    **Adecco is currently hiring for a Production Data Entry & Support Specialist** to join a dynamic team in South Plainfield, NJ. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and data entry skills to support a critical part of the manufacturing process. You’ll be working directly with the **Purchasing Manager** , providing system-based support for outside processing workflows.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Outside Processing Administrative Support

    + Accurately consume raw materials in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)

    + Create finished goods entries in D365 upon completion of processing

    + Transfer material from external processors to the internal site within the system

    + Apply freight costs to transferred materials in the system

    2. Additional Responsibilities (Time and Skill Permitting)

    + Receive and process material deliveries in D365 from outside processors

    + Review and digest reports and email communications from suppliers

    + Update D365 records to reflect current processing and inventory status

    Qualifications:

    + Basic **data entry skills** with high attention to detail

    + Comfortable performing **repetitive tasks** in a computer-based environment

    + Must be **self-motivated** , reliable, and able to work independently

    + Experience with **Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)** highly preferred

    + Proficiency with **Excel** and **Microsoft Office 365** required

    + Prior experience in a **warehouse or manufacturing environment** is a plus

    Work Environment:

    + Fast-paced warehouse setting with administrative responsibilities

    + Majority of tasks involve computer-based data entry using ERP systems

    + Some collaboration with internal team and communication with outside processors

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
