Contract Length: Full 2025–2026 School Year

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Follows School Bell Schedule

Pay Rate: $58–$60 per hour

Position Overview:

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive school team in Cumberland County for the upcoming 2025–2026 academic year. This is a full-time, school-based position following the district’s bell schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

+ Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

+ Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success

+ Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior strategies

+ Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as needed

Qualifications:

+ Active BCBA certification and license (required)

+ Experience in a school setting preferred

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
