**Hackensack Meridian** **_Health_** is seeking a BC/BE Heart Failure Cardiologist to join our team of experienced Heart Failure physicians at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to become a member of the expanding network. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical and strong communication skills with a commitment to outstanding patient care.

+ Join a valued and successful team of CHF physicians with extensive experience in managing LVAD, PAH, ECMO and pVAD patients including strong collaboration with academic centers for patients requiring transplants.

+ Eligibility for faculty appointment to the **Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.**

Requirements Include:

+ Previous experience in managing both inpatient and outpatient heart failure services at a large tertiary care medical center

+ M.D./D.O. degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic Schoo **l**

+ Board Eligible or Board Certified

+ Obtain or have the ability to obtain a New Jersey Medical License
