Our client, a leading packaging solutions provider, is seeking Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator , you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

Packaging Technician (Machine Operator) Temp to Hire

**Location:** St. Peters, MO

$16 - $17 per hour

Shifts Available:

+ Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, rotating 2-2-3 schedule

+ Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, rotating 2-2-3 schedule

Requirements:

+ 1+ year of machine operator experience in a production environment (packaging experience preferred)

+ Must be over the age of 18

+ Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts

+ Ability to stand for long periods of time

+ Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently

+ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team

+ Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety

+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Job Tasks:

+ Operating production machines to make products (packing equipment, fillers, mixers, bottlers, pallet jacks, case erectors)

+ Quality Assurance – Ensuring high standards are met

+ Stacking and palletizing products as part of the production line

+ Collaborating with team members to optimize production efficiency

+ Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards
