    Position Overview:The Installation Command, Control, and Communication Mission-Based Systems Engineer will support the MCICOM G-6 directorate, responsible for conducting mission-based systems engineering analysis of installation-level command, control, and communication (C3) support agreements and information exchange requirements across Marine Corps installations.

    Job Type:Full-time/Exempt

     

    Anticipated Start Date:August 1st, 2025

    PositionResponsibilities:

    + Conduct site assessments and interviews with installation staff across various departments.

    + Collect and digitize all support agreements (e.g., MOAs, MOUs, ISSAs).

    + Analyze technical, security, and administrative aspects of support agreements.

    + Identify and document information exchange methods and associated security controls.

    + Develop and maintain an Information Exchange Requirement (IER) matrix.

    + Identify gaps in support services and provide monthly reports to leadership.

    + Convert all documentation to electronic format and ensure proper disposal of paper records.

    Requirements

    Position Requirements:

    + Experience in systems engineering and mission-based analysis.

    + Active Secret Clearance.

    + Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

    + Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree.

    + Familiarity with Marine Corps installation operations and support agreements.

    + Strong analytical and documentation skills.

    + Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
