    Job Responsibilities:

    Total Rewards Strategy & Leadership

    + Enhance the comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business goals and talent priorities and have the hands-on experience to implement changes positively through communication and education.

    + Lead global compensation and benefits programs including base pay, variable pay both short- and long-term incentives, equity, executive compensation, and recognition.

    + Serve as a strategic advisor to the VP HR and executive leadership on compensation philosophy, market competitiveness, and reward governance.

    + Able to provide advice and guidance on competitive rewards with Union / Works Council experience.

    Compensation Design & Execution

    + Lead the design and administration of salary structures, job architecture, incentive plans, and pay-for-performance systems.

    + Oversee market benchmarking and job evaluation to ensure competitive and internally equitable compensation decisions working with the CoE.

    + Manage annual compensation planning cycles (merit, bonus, equity) and support SLT compensation decisions.

    + Develop automation for local plant pay progression programs

    Benefits & Well-being

    + Oversee global benefits strategy and execution, including health, retirement, insurance, and wellness programs.

    + Evaluate and enhance offerings to improve employee value proposition and promote well-being whilst improving the employee experience.

    + Ensure benefits are compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with employee needs across geographies.

    + Ensure all audits are achieved and reported to the VP of HR.

    Executive Compensation & Governance

    + Partner with VP HR, CEO, and Board (as applicable) on executive compensation strategy, compliance, and disclosures.

    Payroll

    + Oversee the global payroll function, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing across all geographies.

    + Ensure payroll processes align with compensation policies and legal requirements, including tax compliance and wage reporting.

    + Partner with Finance, Legal, and HRIS to improve payroll accuracy, automation, and efficiency.

    + Manage vendor relationships for outsourced payroll and ensure service-level agreements are met.

     

    Benefits & Well-being

    Analytics, Technology & Compliance

    + Drive rewards analytics and reporting to inform decision-making, track trends, and optimize program performance. Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency, EEO, ERISA, GDPR).

    + Leverage Workday, for automation and program efficiency.

    Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

    + Lead and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team.

    + Collaborate with CoE, HRD's and HRBPs, Finance, and Legal to ensure rewards integration and business alignment.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

    + 15+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

    + Experience supporting complex, global, or matrixed organizations. Manufacturing preferred.

    + Deep expertise in total rewards design, strategy, payroll and manufacturing operations.

    + Strong understanding of compensation governance, executive pay, equity plans, and global benefits.

    + Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.

    + Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership and the board.

    + Experience with Compensation Committee meetings and proxy statements desirable.
