Cummins Behavioral Health Systems may be the Right Place for   YOU!

As an Outpatient Therapist Group Facilitator, you’ll lead group and individual therapy sessions for adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. You’ll work alongside a high-performance team including peer recovery professionals, therapists, skills trainers, prescribers, psychologist, and a team leader.

Qualifications:

+ A master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Counseling is required

+ Must be fully licensed in the State of Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)

+ Experience in using an electronic health record also preferred

+ Group facilitation experience preferred, but we welcome those eager to learn and grow in group-based therapy

+ Strong commitment to serving rural and underserved populations.

Essential Job Functions Include:

+ Facilitate individual and group therapy for adults (18+)

+ Conduct clinical assessments, prior authorizations, and develop treatment plans

+ Collaborate with community referral sources

+ Document services on the same day

+ Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings with the treatment team

+ Promote wellness and recovery in a supportive team environment
