Are you ready to lead the charge in one of the most dynamic and fast-evolving sectors? We’re looking for an experienced leader to head up our Energy Business Unit—someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, leadership, and strategic growth. In this high-impact role, you’ll shape our vision for energy infrastructure, guide a talented team, and drive growth across both traditional and renewable energy markets.

What You’ll Do

+ Lead and grow our Energy Business Unit by defining strategy, setting annual goals, and managing performance

+ Oversee infrastructure projects for utility and municipal clients from feasibility through closeout

+ Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and technical staff

+ Expand client relationships, lead proposals and presentations, and secure new business opportunities

+ Collaborate across departments to share expertise and resources for company-wide success

+ Ensure consistent project delivery, technical excellence, and client satisfaction

Who You Are

+ 10+ years of civil engineering experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role

+ Strong background in energy infrastructure—production, distribution, or storage

+ Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams

+ Experienced in client development and relationship management

+ Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial performance

+ Excellent communicator who brings clarity and confidence to complex conversations

Nice to Have

+ PE license

+ Experience in renewable energy projects (solar, wind, etc.)

+ Background in mergers and acquisitions or strategic partnerships

+ Familiarity with regulatory environments in the energy sector

+ Portfolio of successful infrastructure projects from public and private sectors
