    PHYSICIAN, FAMILY MEDICINE, MIT Health, to deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care within a collaborative, team-based care model; will conduct comprehensive health assessments through patient interviews and physical examinations, synthesizing clinical findings to determine diagnoses and create personalized care plans; lead the implementation and evaluation of treatment strategies tailored to each patient’s age and needs, ensuring continuity of care and optimal health outcomes; will direct patient care, actively engage in health education, preventive counseling, and community outreach initiatives; and work in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams across MIT Health and the broader MIT community to promote wellness and advance a culture of holistic, inclusive healthcare.

    Job Requirements

    REQUIRED: MD or DO from an accredited medical school; Completion of a Family Medicine residency program with an accredited US institution; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine; Current provider card in Basic Life Support (BLS); Valid MA license, MA CSR and Federal DEA. PREFERRED: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Job #25015-14

     

    Salary range: $230,000 - $260,000, final salary determined by MIT’s compensation team based on the skills and experience of the person hired.
