    Our client, a dynamic leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Materials Planner I to join their team. As a Materials Planner, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Materials Planner I

    **Location:** Palo Alto, CA

    **Pay Range:** $28 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Plan production and purchase parts to ensure material availability.

    + Analyze MRP output to meet planned issue weeks.

    + Generate work order releases and prepare documentation for stockrooms.

    + Initiate manufacturing orders or purchase requisitions based on production schedules.

    + Resolve issues related to material discrepancies, rework, and shortages.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school degree or equivalent.

    + Two (2) years of experience in related materials or production activity.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel/Word).

    + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

    + Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
