What You’ll Do:

+ Provide compassionate, high-quality care in an outpatient primary care setting

+ Assist with patient intake, vital signs, documentation, and clinical procedures

+ Support assessments and treatment planning

+ Collaborate with providers and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination

What You’ll Need:

+ Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program

+ Current NYS LPN license (or eligibility)

+ BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
