We are currently seeking motivated candidates for a Full Time Management Trainee that will support and learn skills at our various Michigan branches. **This position is located in Michigan and supports our various Michigan locations.**

    Position Purpose:

    Responsible for gaining knowledge in the direction and administration of branch operations and development of skills to lead/coach employees to achieve sales and branch/department goals. Studies how to train, direct, and assist in supervising branch staff. Performs various branch functions as required.

    Job Duties (include but not limited to):

    + Receives training in functions and operations of branches.

    + Assists with Member Service and Teller functions. Performs duties related to all credit

    + union products and services.

    + Observes experienced workers and managers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.

    + Fills in and performs duties in Branch positions as needed.

    + May be required to travel to multiple branch locations.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience

    + Experience in a financial institution preferred

    + Sales Experience

    Skills/Abilities:

    + Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills

    + Well organized

    + Attention to detail

    + Ability to operate related computer applications and basic business equipment

    + Good marketing skills

    + Ability to maintain an effective and efficient work flow
