    Description

    Robert Half Legal has partnered with a dynamic plaintiff consumer warranty law firm in Century City that is seeking an unlicensed Juris Doctor for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a recent law school graduate passionate about litigation and consumer rights. Please note that candidates actively sitting for the July bar exam will not be considered for this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and organizing discovery documents.

    + Prepare and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal filings.

    + Conduct legal research to support litigation strategies.

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure organized case management and adherence to deadlines.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required.

    + Must not be sitting for the July bar exam.

    + Previous experience in civil litigation is a plus.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive documents with confidentiality.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
