    Adecco is looking to hire a Repack Operator for their client in the City of Industry.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    To perform this job successfully, the Repack/Rework Operator is responsible for executing daily tasks of the repack/rework area with other duties as assigned.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    -Perform inspection, labeling, packing, repacking, checking, palletizing of products and other

     

    routine assignments based on appropriate work instructions or standard operation instructions

     

    - Arrange the daily repack/rework accordingly

     

    - Expedite production and maximize efficiency to meet KPI’s

     

    - Assist with training and development of new hires

     

    - Support a strong teamwork culture within the unit

     

    - Ensure that Quality standards are achieved and maintained

     

    - Ensure that good housekeeping is maintained in compliance

     

    - Keep daily production record and confirm production order

     

    - Carry out other duties assigned by Production Supervisor and Production Manager

     

    - Follow and enforce all company safety policy/procedure/GMPs/SSOP/HACCP

     

    - Assist the Production Supervisor to set up any equipment related to production day

     

    - Assist the Production Supervisor in any other activities when required

    Pay Rate $18-$20/hr.

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
