    ROLLER OPERATOR - Asphalt Division

    The Roller Operator is responsible for safely operating a Paver Roller. The Operator ensures proper compaction and required surface quality in our paving operations. Performs a variety of other tasks associated with paving operations

     

    Work Environment The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Employee must also comply with the company’s drug and alcohol testing requirements

     

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Hours of work vary based on project needs. Overtime as required.

     

    Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED preferred. Additional education a plus. Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience working on a paving crew. Well-rounded knowledge of all types of paving equipment and paving operations.
