    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 13-Week Contract Assignment (Day Shift)

    **Contract Length:** 13 Weeks

    **Hours:** 36 Hours/Week (3 x 12-hour shifts)

    **Shift:** Day Shift

    **Patient Ratio:** 1 Nurse to 6 Patients

    **Setting:** Calm, structured care environment (non-hospital)

     

    We’re seeking compassionate and reliable **LPNs** for a full-time **13-week contract assignment** . This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who want predictable schedules, steady income, and a manageable patient load that allows for meaningful care.

    Your Responsibilities:

    + Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans

    + Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders

    + Document changes in patient condition with accuracy and clarity

    + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes

    + Provide patient/family education and emotional support

    + Respond appropriately to urgent care needs

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for care

    Ideal Candidate Has Experience In:

    + Pediatric or young adult care

    + Ventilator, trach, and G-tube support

    + Wound care, IV therapy, and emergency response

    + Strong clinical judgment and team communication

    Qualifications Required:

    + Current, unrestricted **Florida LPN license**

    + Associate Degree or higher in Nursing

    + Current **BLS/CPR** (AHA or Red Cross)

    + At least **2 years** of clinical experience in:

    + Acute Care, Home Health, Hospice, or Rehab

    + Reliable, professional, and a collaborative team player
