Job Description
As a member of the Web innovation team this role blends web content management with marketing technology expertise, focusing on personalization, analytics, and audience engagement strategies to drive enrollment. The Web Content & Martech Specialist will develop and maintain website content, optimize SEO , implement tracking tools and analytics, and enhance user experiences through personalization. The position also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure the university’s digital presence remains data-driven, user-focused, and aligned with institutional objectives.

Knowledge, skills and abilities
+ Strong understanding of website accessibility standards ( WCAG 2.1), user experience (UX), and responsive web design principles.
+ Working knowledge of content management systems ( CMS ), preferably Drupal.
+ Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Proficiency with Martech tools such as Google Tag Manager ( GTM ), Halda, Clarity, and Google Analytics (GA4) or comparable tech.
+ Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, figma or other design tools for content development.
+ Ability to troubleshoot web content, personalization tools, and tracking configurations.
