    WIN Waste Innovations is looking for Lead HR Service Center Coordinator at our corporate office in Portsmouth, NH. In this role, you will be instrumental in establishing high-level customer service and enhancing the employee experience at our Portsmouth, NH office. Your influence will extend throughout the organization, involving the delivery of employee webinars, communications, and troubleshooting complex employee issues to provide proactive solutions.

    What Youll Do:

    Data & Systems:

    + Ensure accurate and timely data entry related to employment and develop robust data review and audit programs.

    + Independently manage the new hire and employee ADP system transfer process across WINs 25+ employing entities, ensuring accuracy, proper legal entity structure local tax assignments.

    + Reporting and analysis of HR service center activities

     

    Customer Service & Onboarding

     

    + Handle incoming employee benefit, compensation, and employment inquiries through multiple channels, ensuring consistent, timely, and superior customer service.

    + Deliver the employee onboarding process, including conducting comprehensive new hire orientations and ensuring material is up to date.

    + Lead WINs I-9 and E-Verify compliance programs

    + Administer WINs service recognition & other employee recognition programs

    + Assist employees in leave of absence programs (Federal/State/and Company)

    + Maintain personnel files in compliance with Federal and state guidelines.

    + Execute employment communications, including documentation for promotions, terminations, and compensation changes.

    Other Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, Leadership & Development, IT and HR Business Partners.

    + Participate in HR-related project work, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely completion.

    + Identify process improvements and drive the implementation of innovative solutions to enhance HR operations and employee satisfaction.

    + Conduct thorough research on Federal and State employment laws to ensure organizational compliance and propose changes to policies based on this research.

    + Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.

    Who You Are:

    + 2+ years of customer service or HR experience

    + Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent HR experience

    + Proficiency in Spanish, preferred.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adaptable to New Technologies

    + Experience with ADP or other HCM system preferred

    + Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.

    + Familiarity with Federal and State employment law

    + Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing demands

    + Ability to work calmly and flexibly in order to respond to multiple changing business priorities

    + Outstanding communicator in both verbally and in writing

    + High level of customer service

    + Detail and results-oriented self-starter with ability to work independently
