Primary role: Conduct ground school training for initial, recurrent and differences training for Phenom 100 & 300 in accordance with approved training programs.
Ground training duties include:
+ Lecture type delivery (PowerPoint)
+ Avionics/ Systems Integration
+ Procedures Training
+ Avionics Differences Training
+ Systems & Performance Reviews (Practice Oral)
Additional Duties:
+ Complete Clients training records.
+ Seat support (for clients requiring a second crew member).
+ Provide input on opportunities for improvement with courseware.
+ Review and update written tests and Computer-based exam questions.
+ Train new instructors as necessary.
+ Additional duties as required by the Training Manager.
Required as a ground instructor:
+ Ability to stand for extended periods
+ Good public speaking qualities
+ Mentor for the clients
+ Work nights and weekends
+ Must be familiar with multi engine jets
+ Ground school experience is preferred
+ Strong Communication & Presentation skills required.
