    Chenega Corporation is a premier provider of professional services to the federal government. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team in beautiful Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, supporting NAVFAC.

     

    **Position Overview:** As a Site Superintendent, you will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the on-site leader, coordinating with subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and manage all on-site construction activities.

    + Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and customer representatives.

    + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

    + Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed.

    + Resolve any issues that arise on-site promptly and effectively.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience as a Site Superintendent in construction with at least ten (10) years of experience.

    + Strong leadership and communication skills.

    + Knowledge of NAVFAC procedures and requirements is a plus.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

    + Commitment to safety and quality.
