    Lightning Bolt & Supply, Inc. an ISO 9001:2015 fastener manufacturer is excited to announce that we are seeking to hire a FULL-time position individual to assist in our production department.

    Starting Pay Range:

    $21 - $18/hr (based upon experience and skill-set).

    Requirements:

    + Friendly / Great attitude

    + Efficient communication skills

    + Ability and willingness to learn and to take constructive feedback.

    + No Drama / Attitude

    + Humble

    + Ability to read a tape measure and understand fractions

    Tasks include:

    + Label rod/bar

    + Setup & Operate saws

    + Clean Up & Organize work station

    + Chamfer Studs
