    Warranty Administrator

    Pay Range: $18 - $21

    Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

    Flexibility for hybrid schedule based on performance/business needs. Mondays & Fridays are work from home days but subject to change.

     

    • Process warranty claims/cases on a day-to-day basis

    • Provide support to our Distributor Network

    • Communicate warranty coverage updates to our Distribution Network

    • Ensure that product model/serial numbers are loaded into our system

    • Communicate with Distributor Warranty Admins via email and telephone

    How the Product Registration Team helps our customers:

    • Provide website navigation instruction for registering products online

    • Register equipment for homeowners when customer has no internet access

    • Provide customer warranty information

    • Make corrections to product registrations as needed by homeowners, dealers, or distributors

    • Refer customer to correct person/team when not a registration issue

    • Provide customer with product registration confirmations when needed

    • 2+ years experience in customer service

    • 2+ years experience with Word/Excel/PowerPoint

    • Salesforce experience preferred

     

    HS Diploma/GED
