Overview

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Building Maintenance Technician. The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general maintenance and repair of building assets. This position is also responsible for basic maintenance and organization to ensure that facilities and equipment are in good condition at all times for customers and employees.

**This position offers hourly pay of $20 - $25 / hour based on experience.** .

This position is located in Harrisburg, PA.

Responsibilities

The Building Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services including but not limited to:

+ Day to day completion of called in work orders, preventive maintenance work orders, and projects as assigned

+ These work orders may vary widely in scope or work as Facilities performs a large variety of different tasks for the company such as: Painting, small plumbing jobs, changing out light bulbs and ballasts, spraying for weeds, and picking up trash

+ This position will require overtime, as directed by Operations Supervisor

+ Travel to Enterprise offices throughout North Eastern and South Eastern PA as needed – company vehicle provided for workday travel

+ Comfortable driving full sized pick up truck with a plow and salt spreader

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

+ At least one (1) year of relevant maintenance and/or facilities experience

+ Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical a must

+ Experience performing basic maintenance and repairs (e.g. ballast replacement, drain clean out, painting, etc)

+ Ability to lift at least 60 pounds repeatedly due to various duties

+ Some computer knowledge helpful for monitoring security and building systems

+ Must be at least 18 years old

+ High school diploma/GED required

+ Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years

+ No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 3 years (ie., DUI/DWI)

+ Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

+ Apart from religious observations, must be able to work the following schedule(s):

+ Minimum 40 hours/week

+ Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

+ Weekend hours as needed based on snow and special projects
