    What You'll Be Doing

    + Oversee daily operations of the plant to ensure efficiency and safety.

    + Implement and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands.

    + Manage and develop plant staff, fostering a positive work environment.

    + Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

    + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance.

    + Managing and analyzing costs compared to budget to ensure a profitable location.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Previous experience in the aggregate industry at a supervisory or higher level.

    + Strong leadership and team management skills.

    + Proven ability to manage production processes and schedules.

    + Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
